About Us
The Valley Nursery School opened in 1988 and became a registered charity in 1994. Becoming a charity enabled us to provide affordable care and education for young children in our community. We have developed and grown over the last 25 years making use of our beautiful environment and are now celebrated as an outdoor provision.
We have long standing, well qualified staff who have established effective partnerships with the local authority and other early years organisation to keep up to date with current legislation and teaching methods.
All activities are child centered and are developed through observation and reflection ensuring that the needs of the individual child are always met.
A voluntary team of trustees help to manage the setting through regular meetings and direct contact with staff and children.
